Fabian Ayala
Fabian Ayala is the founder of True North Operations, created to help small and growing businesses strengthen their operations, manage important projects, and keep great ideas from getting lost in the day-to-day.
With years of experience in business operations, program leadership, recruitment, onboarding, volunteer management, event coordination, and project management, Fabian has built his career around bringing structure to moving pieces and helping teams turn plans into action.
He understands that growing organizations often have more projects than time and capacity to manage them. Through True North Operations, Fabian steps in where support is needed organizing projects, improving processes, supporting people operations, coordinating events and initiatives, and providing creative and media support.
His approach is practical and hands-on: understand what needs to get done, create a clear path forward, and help carry the work across the finish line.

True North Operations
"Operations is the heartbeat of growth. Without structure, even the best ideas lose their way. I build systems so people can thrive."
For years, I worked behind the scenes helping organizations move forward managing operations, leading programs, coordinating projects and events, supporting HR processes, and stepping in wherever something needed to get done.
Then, during a conversation with a leader and mentor, she said something that stuck with me: “You've been hiding in the shadows doing all this work for organizations. It's time to build the Fabian brand. Who is Fabian?” At first, I didn't know how to answer.
But that question made me recognize what I had built throughout my career: I'm someone who brings structure to moving pieces, takes ideas and turns them into action, and helps get the work across the finish line. That realization became True North Operations.
I created True North Operations to help small and growing businesses that have important work to accomplish but don't always have the time or capacity to take it on internally. Because when more and more gets added to an already full team, burnout becomes a real risk.
Sometimes you don't need another full-time employee. You need someone who can step in, take ownership of the work, and move it forward. That's where True North Operations comes in.
